At SMG we recognise how isolating working from home can be for our employees. Because of this we introduced an initiative called 'Tea & Talks' to encourage employees to catch-up with the colleagues in a relaxed setting throughout their working day, like they normally would whilst in the office. We sent all of our employees a care package of Tea & Biscuits along with a note as a reminder to take regular breaks and to have those normal chit-chats with their colleagues.
