Talking Shop, the Replay: How 2024 Retail Media Predictions Have Held Up So Far


Last week, we hosted the latest instalment of our quarterly “Talking Shop” webinar series - a free, easy-to-digest platform that highlights industry leaders and their stories to date.


This session focused on revisiting the retail media predictions we made at the start of the year to evaluate how well they have held up so far.


Our COO, Emma Dean, explored the retail media predictions for 2024, discussing topics such as AI and its transformative capabilities, increased investment in technologies that link in-store and online data, enhanced measurement capabilities, and the growth of new media networks outside traditional retail, in industries such as travel and hospitality.
