A few weeks ago some of our recent new starters took part in our Bachelors pillar programme!
At SMG we have developed a series of training courses in-house that are perfect for key milestones in our people's SMG careers. These are interactive workshops that typically take place over 2-3 days offsite. They're led by the University Team Facilitators and they've been designed to give our people the key skills, knowledge and experience to excel in their role.
Our Bachelors pillar programme is for all of our new starters! The training was really fun and fell over National Pizza Day which was the perfect excuse for a pizza filled social at the end of the first day (and the reason why we didn't get many pictures)!
