Our hybrid working policy empowers our employees to choose where they can work most effectively; be that from one of our offices, home, or their favourite cafe.
Because of hybrid working, we recognised that our office spaces needed some upgrades! The majority of our working day now takes place online with video and phone calls taking precedence, therefore we've double our meeting space, increased our IT capabilities, and finally, implemented soundproofed booths to ensure there is enough quiet space to get away for those important calls - whether you're pitching to a client or checking in with that friend who is dog sitting for the day!
