This week, SMG has put a spotlight on DE&I, sharing employee lived experiences, celebrating the progress made across the dedicated DE&I employee working group and giving employees a chance to have their say.
Yesterday we had the pleasure of hosting guest speaker Ellie Middleton who was recently recognised as one of the Top 50 most influential neurodivergent women of 2022 (she's kind of a big deal!). Ellie delivered an honest and powerful session on neurodiversity that was inspiring for all and relatable for many. We're already brimming with ideas of how we can make our working culture and environment even more inclusive and accessible.
