This is an exciting opportunity for a Client Director to join our Manchester team.
Threefold is the shopper media agency that makes the connection between retailers, their brands and their shoppers. We use creative thinking and precision planning to manage every part of a retailer’s media estate and our goal is to create happier shoppers, better brand awareness and brilliant business results. We collaborate with our retailers and their supplier brands, building long-term partnerships that add value.
We are the in-house shopper marketing service which focuses on connecting Co-op’s supplier brands with a large base of shoppers across over 2,500 stores through relevant and engaging in-store marketing. In addition to managing all in-store branded media we also look manage media for the Co-op e-commerce site and the Co-op Food Magazine.
As Client Director, you will be responsible for leading the commercial and client output of the partnership, whilst continuing to develop the team and ensure continued growth.
Key day-to-day responsibilites will include:
Supporting with defining the direction of the team
Constantly seek out ways to build our client base, growing revenue over time and ensuring we grasp every new business opportunity
Total level commercial management of the account, ensuring that a clear plan is in place to support the team with delivering against internal and external targets
Developing the annual budget, demonstrating strong experience in commercial forecasting and P&L budget management
Leading a talented team from Client Associate to Senior Client Manager level, from creation and management of workplans, to on-the-job coaching
Supporting the team with building solid relationships with clients, while being ultimately responsible for delivering a great client service that closes business and ensures continued loyalty
Ensuring fantastic quality of output from your team; building and reviewing exciting campaigns together with our Campaign Team that embody our proposition of creative thinking and precision planning
Ensuring results are delivered from every campaign in a timely manner and analysing these results through evaluation metrics including ROI, sales uplift and impressions
Working collaboratively with counterparts in other business areas, ensuring effective communication
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate clear industry knowledge and expertise, with significant client-facing, commercial and business leadership experience. Likely from a sales, marketing or media background, previous experience in planning and execution of shopper campaigns is advantageous.
Specifically, the candidate must be able to demonstrate:
Experience in coaching and development of a high performing team
A proven track record in delivering business growth in a fast-paced, challenging environment
Strong commercial acumen, able to work seamlessly with data and financial reporting
Flawless attitude at all times in all environments, with a strong will to succeed
Working with multiple senior stakeholders to deliver best in class client service at all times
