In 2020, we introduced a skill sharing platform called Chillin' & Skillin'. These sessions are organised by the Making SMG a Great Place to Work Team and are hosted by employees. The idea behind these sessions are to skill-swap between colleagues, every month a colleague hosts a session on a interest of theirs or to share a skill to those who would like to join! So far we've hosted numerous sessions ranging from a cook-along with one of our co-founders, to book club, to cocktail making, to a painting class, and even at home hair tutorials!
