Describe your role in a nutshell…
I am part of the Lobster client team, helping my clients, typically large FMCG accounts, get the highest ROI from their shopper marketing and ensuring shopper marketing gets the thought and love it deserves! I help manage media bookings and the delivery of media campaign evaluations, along with delivering recommendations for future media plans.
Tell us what you enjoy most about working here?
I love working for an agency- it's creative, exciting, and I get to work with a range of huge
household brands.
What aspects of your role keep you challenged and curious?
The ability to work on an array of different projects across different mediums for different clients, I learn new things every day!
Which of the four SMG values resonates most with you and why?
Stay hungry! At Lobster, I was given the responsibility to be in contact with my clients from day one and even had a client at the beginning of my 2nd week.
What is the most useful piece of advice you've received since joining SMG?
Don’t be afraid to challenge the status quo.
