Describe your role in a nutshell..
I work within the client team managing key accounts and working with brands to understand the value of shopper marketing and to plan, buy and evaluate their shopper campaigns across the core grocers and beyond.
Tell us what you enjoy most about working here?
The company culture at Capture is the best I've experienced, everyone's really motivated but has fun along the way.
What aspects of your role keep you challenged and curious?
Working across multiple accounts means that I get exposure to lots of different brands each with their own marketing strategies and focuses - no two campaigns are ever the same which keeps things interesting!
Which of the four SMG values resonates most with you and why?
Stay Honest..working at a company that is trying to break new ground with retailers and brands to transform the industry for the better is really exciting and rewarding.
What is the most useful piece of advice you've received since joining SMG?
No idea is a bad idea - lots of companies say it but SMG actually act on it!
