About the event
What will we cover?
During this training bite, we'll be reaffirming how important relationships are within work and focusing on what we can do individually, and within teams, to help make the most of the ones we have today across SMG. The session is split into three parts and we have exercises designed to unlock thinking about how we can build on our communications with our manager, our key stakeholders, and our peer group too. As with all of our training bites, there'll be plenty of opportunity to share your own experiences and you'll walk away from the session with some new ideas & frameworks to add to your kit-bag.
