We are excited to launch this newly created University module!

Our aim is to share the tools, tips and practices that can be used to build and grow brilliant client relationships. We'll be covering everything from how we can better understand our clients and their needs, through to how best to communicate with them and how to keep control of even the trickiest of projects. This will be a super practical session - by the end of the day, you'll leave with a clear action plan on how to put the things you've learned into use back in the office.

This training has been designed for anyone at SMG who deals with clients, or that is tasked with managing projects from A to Z.
